Top 7 Restaurants in Tel Aviv

#7 – Mashya

To be concise – the food is delicious.
The flavors just kind of pop out, the ingredients are fresh, the presentation is impeccable, the staff is friendly and very professional.
The only drawbacks are that getting a table can be difficult (get a reservation ahead of time), and it is a little on the pricier side

This is an upscale restaurant, so have the wallet ready and dress to impress.

#5 – Sabih Frishman

They go to Sabih Frishman –  and there is a very good reason.
This place is all about good food, good food, and good food.
Down to earth, no fuss, no apologies – just eat and be merry.

#4 – Saluf & Sons

This is a great Yemeni restaurant in south Tel Aviv. It has a very local atmosphere with great traditional food. The sabich, the hummus, the shakshuka, the couscous, the shawia are all very delicious – I don’t think you can go wrong with anything you order.
It does tend to get busy, but then again, this is Tel Aviv.
Moderately priced.

#2 – Piccola Pasta

Yeah, I just had dinner in Italy.
OK, not really, but definitely as close as it gets without crossing the Mediterranean.
Piccola Pasta will definitely convince your taste buds.
Pizza, pizza, pizza.
What else do they offer?
I don’t really know, been too busy eating pizza.

#1 – Salva Vida

If you have any sort of inclination towards seafood (and I very much do), this is your spot.
I’m sure the lamb, beef, and chicken are delicious, but I just haven’t made it that far yet – been too busy munching on the drum fish everytime I go.
Very affordable, and even if they charged more, you’d still be getting a bargain for food this good.
Sit outside! Trust me, sit outside.
